# Fcode Lab and FCOD

> A separate Lab token with explicitly funded pool rights.

Fcode Lab builds WEN and Fased. WEN is the financial game; SAT is its first reserve economy; Fased is the optional personal agent. FCOD is the existing Lab token.

The agreed FCOD direction is optional staking pools funded by explicit allocations of Team-owned receipts. The Team decides which available Team funds support a disclosed pool. A pool must publish its asset, funding period, eligibility, allocation, claim and withdrawal terms before participation.

FCOD does not automatically own WEN reserves or receive a fixed share of every sector's revenue. A proposed SOL or WEN-token pool does not make that payout permanent or guaranteed. Sector reserves, customer capital and ordinary SAT/BTC claims remain separate.
