# Build your financial empire

> One world of companies, productive operations and funded challenges.

WEN is the World Economy Network: independent economic districts connected by financial products. Begin in the **Bitcoin District**. **Founding Exchange** is the working title for the first season.

Build a Company, allocate capital, retain assets and later acquire productive Ventures. A Conglomerate coordinates consenting companies. The map displays owned rights; naming a district does not create income or custody powers.

The first productive Venture to validate is a **BTC Exchange Desk**: separately funded cbBTC/USDC inventory serving customers at worthwhile net quotes. Investors own their capital and losses; an operator receives only contracted compensation. An operating contract gives no generic claim on SAT reserves. Internal WEN fees are also expenses to another WEN account, not new ecosystem income.

The staged prototype is one funded vault, one productive Venture and one funded challenge. Challenges risk only voluntarily escrowed collateral. Cash prizes require their own prefunded budgets. Season resets affect standings and titles, not owned assets or accrued earnings.

Control and scale are distinct from performance after costs. Published tenders, transfer rules, concentration and newcomer access need testing. These game modules are planned; ordinary SAT acquisition and staking do not require buying a Venture or entering a contest. See [roadmap](/roadmap).
