# Your Company

> Understand portfolios, ownership and conglomerates.

A Company represents a player and its authorized wallets and positions. A consolidated portfolio helps you compare assets, available cash, liabilities and claims. Linking wallets does not transfer their assets or grant spending permission.

A Conglomerate coordinates consenting companies. Membership alone does not pool custody, create a collective reserve claim or allow another member to sign for you. A pooled investment vault requires a separate contribution, ownership, loss and withdrawal contract.

You may hold or stake without entering a competition. Planned Ventures let companies own defined operating interests or contracts. Show the underlying assets and the ownership interest separately so the portfolio never counts the same value twice.

Company and competitive features remain subject to [the staged release](/roadmap).
